Privacy Policy

PLSG Accelerator Fund, LLC (the “Fund”) respects the privacy of every individual who visits our websites or communicates with us with the use of online tools provided by us on those websites (collectively, our “Sites”). The information that you share with us will be treated with care. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes our policies on the collection, use and disclosure of your information that you provide to us by using our websites, social media pages and email addresses. By accessing and using one of our Sites, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood this Policy and you agree to be bound by it.

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY. PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SITES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY.

We will protect your personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Our security safeguards are structured to deter and prevent unauthorized persons from accessing all information that you provide to us. Regrettably, as a result of evolving technologies, we cannot guarantee that this information will remain free from alteration, theft, loss or misuse by third parties who, despite our efforts, obtain unauthorized access to it.

We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling our mission and for other compatible purposes. We will not sell or rent any of your information for marketing purposes. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information when we determine that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or other legal process.

We recommend that you take precautions to protect the security of your computer and personal information including creating a strong password (and changing it frequently), restricting access to your email account and using up-to-date antivirus and firewall software to protect your computer from external attacks by malicious users. When you are finished with a session on any of our Sites, be sure that you log out of your account and close your browser window.

You should also be aware of fraudulent attempts to gain access to your information known as “phishing.” Phishing is a tactic used by scammers in which unsuspecting people are brought to a website by a genuine-looking email purporting to be from a legitimate company. The phony or “spoof” email takes the person to a website that looks legitimate but in fact is not. Either in the email itself or on this fake website, scammers will ask for login information to gain access to your information. The Fund will never ask you for your login information by email and you should not provide your login information via an email purporting to be from the Fund.

This Policy does not apply to your activity on other websites you visit. This includes any links on our Sites that direct you to a third party website, including without limitation Facebook and LinkedIn. Third party sites have their own privacy policies and/or security standards governing your interaction with those sites that you should understand prior to using their services to interact with the Fund on those sites. When interacting with the Fund on a digital platform that is not owned by the Fund such as a social media site, never include sensitive personal or non-public information. Social media sites are not an appropriate place to conduct or discuss your account or financial transactions.

We may amend or alter this Policy as necessary to clarify or enhance the protections offered by our Site and our services. We will notify you of such changes when you first access the Site after such changes are made.

You may have privacy rights in addition to those set forth in this Policy under laws applicable to you. Privacy rights provided by law vary from state to state and among the various jurisdictions. We encourage you to contact the appropriate agency in your state that deals with privacy rights.
